In our church, once a year the children put on a program during the main Sunday meeting. I have been waiting a long time to have child of mine sing in the program. Technically Baylie is not old enough, but they let the nursery-aged children sing one of the songs. Baylie was so excited. She kept asking if it was her turn yet. She sang with great gusto. And me? Well, I cried. Like I said, I've been waiting a long time.

PRECIOUS!!!
This year will be the first one Liam is in. It isn't for a few weeks, but they gave him his speaking part yesterday and he told me tearfully that he didn't want to do it! He gets really shy and embarrassed when there's lots of people paying attention to him. So, it will surely be an interesting and entertaining week for us.
I know exactly how you feel. This was Licy's first year in the Primary Program. They never had the nursery kids sing so I had to wait until she was officially a Sunbeam. I cried as well. I feel like I've been waiting a long time as well!!!
I went to Cameron's first program two days after they opened my incision and I was suppossed to be on bedrest. The girls were suppossed to be in isolation so we snuck in late and left early. There was NO way I was missing it.
