School & Other Stuff

Jalen participated in the 3rd grade program at school. They sang most of their songs in foreign languages.

First, they performed for the school

We love Mrs. Turner, the new music teacher.

Jalen's favorite song was the German lullaby.

Later that night, they performed for parents. Jalen started out wearing an Argentine poncho.

The poncho did not survive to the end of the program.

That same night Baylie was recognized for making the honor roll. 

 

We dressed up for Dr. Seuss Day. (My sweet friend Esther made me a shirt!)

Baylie matched her amazing teacher, Mrs. Buff. (Her first name is Pollyanna - how awesome is that?!)

Baylie fell through the tramp!

And Jalen created a "death trap." He says he's going to be a mad scientist. 

Baylie is on the morning news show - WBEE - at school.
