We spent a few days visiting my sister, Tiffani, and her family in Las Vegas. It was so much fun. She has twins that are six months older than Baylie and those three girls have a blast together.
While we were there, she took us to a pancake place called BabyStacks. OH MY HECK! I am not a big fan of pancakes, but these are desserts disguised as breakfast. It was amazing.
Baylie had cookies and cream pancakes.
Clara had creamsickle pancakes, Jalen also had cookies and cream, and crazy Lauryn just had hashbrowns.Tiffani had red velvet pancakes with cream cheese syrup. Yum!
But I have to say that my choice was the best: hazlenut with nutella - AMAZING.
Check out their menu HERE.
It was crazy hot in Vegas. Interestingly though, since we're used to humidity, it didn't feel that bad to us.
My mom challenged the girls to fry an egg on the sidewalk. It seemed like the road was a little hotter so we tried that.
It worked!
Art project? They were painting a house for the twins' pet rosy boa.
We did more than eat pancakes and fry eggs in Vegas, but unfortunately, while we were there, my camera took a little swim courtesy of Baylie's hair draining pool water into the chair where the camera was sitting. Even though it wasn't much water, it wiped out the camera and it's $250 to repair. The biggest disappointment is that I won't have the camera for our Yellowstone trip next week. Thank goodness for the iPads.
