Item of note: will need surgery to fix her herniated belly button
Jalen
Weight: 29.8 lbs., 96th percentile
Height: 33 in., 94th percentile
Head: 49.5 cm., 97th percentile
Item of note: peed and pooped on the exam room floor (grateful for tile)
