We had a family birthday party for Baylie on Saturday. Most of the family was able to be there (we missed you Tiff!). I love spending time with my family. It's my favorite thing about being back in Utah. I love that Baylie is surrounded by her cousins, aunts, uncles, Grammy and Grandad. I loved growing up that way and I'm glad she gets this experience. I hope that when David is finished with school, we can live close by family again.
My sister-in-law, Shanelle, made Baylie this awesome Princess and the Pea cake. She has all boys, so I think she had fun making a girl cake.
Our little party girl.

Yeah for being 1!
Adorable girl! Doesn't the first year just fly by?? I can't believe how fast it went. That cake is awesome. You are lucky to live close to family. I am glad we have dh's family close by, but wish mine was closer.
The Family Fun Magazine Cake!! I LOVE IT! I considered making that one for Alyssa's birthday but she was so set on a "doggy cake." What a talented sister you have-that took a lot of work. I bet Baylie just LOVED it! It IS so great to be surrounded by family-a wonderful blessing. She is such a doll!
Oh and I don't know how you could possibly look like his mother-you are so gorgeous and young looking! They are probably just jealous of your amazing-ness!
That cake is awesome. I am glad you guys had such a great time.
What a blessing to be close to family here in Utah! A lot of my family is here too and I am so thankful to have them around. So great especially for birthday's and holidays.
Family birthday parties are the best! What a cute cake! That is such a clever idea.
I love the pictures of Baylie- she seems to have quite the skills to be able to crawl in a dress. That is always so tricky. :)
