Yesterday did not go as planned as my dad spent almost the entire day in the ER. He had some issues with his heart (he has an aneurysm and a pacemaker). We are grateful that he was able to come home. Jalen was able to go to another pond for a fun day, but Baylie didn't feel well, so I stayed home with her and kept track of Dad.
Today we spent the morning at a park with David's family.

The kids and David timed themselves on their self-created American Ninja Warrior course.
David doesn't get to see his family often and his dad just recently moved to Utah so it was good to have some time together.
Off to the races.
We went to a place that sells kolaches. This is a food we LOVE, but it is from Texas and can't be found most other places. They have opened a couple of places in Utah so we try to visit when we're here. They are delicious!
We spent the rest of the day getting ready to head to Colorado for our annual Bayles family reunion. Sadly, my dad won't be able to go. It's his family and we're in charge this year, so he's very disappointed, but obviously his health is more important. We'll miss my parents this year.
