Jalen's 12th

I can't remember which day we went, but we took Mom to get a pedicure for her birthday. It was lovely.

Jalen's birthday was Wednesday and Grammy's was Friday so we decided to celebrate on Tuesday since G&G were flying back on Jalen's actual birthday.

I bought Grammy this pillow in the Charleston market. It had this song on it that she used to sing to her kids and grandkids. I had a little palmetto embroidered on it by a friend of mine.

We let Jalen open his presents. He got money and a card from G & G.

Aunt Tiffani gave him skins for his PS4 controllers.

and Swedish fish.

He got the helicarrier he wanted.

G&G gave him this Spiderman jacket. He loved it so much that he slept in it!

Apparently I missed the picture of him opening  his scriptures with golden pages.

On Wednesday, I took the Carter boys and Jalen to Circle K for Frosters on Jalen's actual birthday.

They showed off their Pokeman binders.

Jalen's 12 was a year where he got to have a real party. He decided to have a gaming party with a big gaming truck. He was able to invite lots of friends. Every kid got a gamer badge, a gift bag with gaming toys & treats.

We had a hot chocolate bar - although nobody used it.

The truck was big and they loved it. I loved it because it was the easiest party ever.
