Yes, that is an outlet protector being used as a pacifier and an outlet cover being used as a toy. The hole in the wall where the outlet cover used to be is now covered with duct tape. We'll see how that holds up.
Here in South Carolina, spring is in the air...and in the mouth...and on the hands.

why is it that childproof things are usually more adult proof and kids can get them off right away?
Oh we have been there! Maddy was so good at wiggling off those little outlet covers. Great picture!
Avy takes ours off as well. A little frustrating because we're required to have them on at all times for our Foster kids. I'm constantly scrambling to make sure they're in place so a caseworker doesn't show up unexpectedly and see them off.
Can you send some Spring here? BRRR,it's cold!!
