Three Days of Extensions

I didn't remember to take any Thanksgiving pictures other than to chronicle Baylie's hair extensions. Since we had three days, we took our time, but it still resulted in some marathon hair sessions. She loves the finished product, but we both get pretty worn out in the process.

Her hair was already sectioned off from her previous hair do,
I straightened each section prior to parting it and putting in the extensions. You can see the difference in the pictures above and below. The straight hair is easier to part.
I part the hair one line at a time.
I braid in the extensions for the row prior to moving on. This time I also set each braid with a very light gel. It helped keep out the frizzies and resulted in a really nice finished look.
Braiding in the extensions.
Bored Baylie.
Finished row.
Finished head!
She loves having long hair. Hopefully this will last until after the New Year.

The time it took to scroll through this post just doesn't do the actual time it took justice. :)
