Baylie 8th Grade Formal

Baylie got to go to her very first dance. The 8th grade has a formal and it is a pretty big deal. Her friend Alexa did her makeup and we bought her a beautiful dress. She looked so pretty.

In the car, she wore an apron because she was eating. I don't know why she always sticks her tongue out!

I'm so grateful that Baylie has a sweet group of friends. 

They all met at a park to take pictures before the dance.

I'm glad that my best friend's daughter is my daughter's best friend.

We got to the dance only to discover that Baylie had forgotten her ticket! We had to go back home!

I took Jalen for a milk shake because that is his favorite thing to do.

Baylie got herself so worked up that she ended up miserable. Although the next day she decided that she did have fun after all. Ah, adolescent girls!
